1 Keystone Custom Homes, Inc. ("Keystone") appeals from awards entered in favor of Joseph F. Cappelli & Sons, Inc. ("Cappelli") for violation of Pennsylvanias Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act. Keystone argues that the trial court erred by denying Keystones motions for directed verdict and judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and by awarding untimely attorneys fees. We, however, affirm.
